Infrastructure is necessary for sales maintenance, allowing to deliver production, to process and store it as well as to sell to buyers. For this purpose it is necessary to have the sales office, warehouse, import agent company, service center and other opportunities as well. We select partners which can provide with all necessary facilities and services; these can be outsourcing companies, distributors, which are interested in sales through their dealer's network or managers, who are interested in new opportunities and that will come with their client data base.
Legal support
For each project we evaluate property risks, give consultations on legislative base, and develop optimum scheme of your business in China. Contracts which meet the requirements of international law and Chinese legislation are prepared for each project.
International transportations and customs services
We work with several international forwarders, which provide the delivery of cargoes to any cities in China with all possible ways of transportation: aircraft, road, railway or sea. Our customers often delegate the customs formalities procedures to our import agent in China.
Financing of purchases
Using our services, clients can give the dealers a partial or full delay of payment due to our credit or crediting of the Chinese bank. Payment of the international transportations charges and customs duties is also possible with a delay.
